David took time to explain to me thoroughly how to use the remote control blinds, from charging and using the app. All in all, we’re happy customers and would recommend Crosstown.

Crosstown Shade recently installed two dozen electric shades in our apartment. They were so impressive in many ways: The owners, Jeff and Marcy both kept us informed as to the progress of our order and timing for installation. While the installation was quite tricky as several of our ceilings and floors are uneven, with the shades installed, you cannot notice how challenging it was for David the magician installer to make them appear plumb and even. Both Jeff and David patiently explained all the available features on the controls despite our asking to repeat them several times. Crosstown shade is the best!
